Recently, Jiangsu Jinsui Acrylic Technology Co., Ltd. has made significant technological breakthroughs in the casting and forming process of ultra large and extra thick acrylic sheets. It has successfully achieved the integrated casting and forming of 20m × 5m ultra large specifications and 350mm thick acrylic sheets, breaking the traditional limitations of large-scale thick plate multi block splicing and composite in the industry. It provides new material solutions for high-end projects such as oceanariums, transparent infinity pools, and large cultural and tourism landscapes.

For a long time, due to multiple technological barriers such as casting polymerization, temperature controlled annealing, and mold equipment, the industry has mostly used multi plate composite splicing technology for large-sized and ultra thick acrylic, which is prone to hidden dangers such as delamination, uneven stress, and joint leakage. The one-time molding of oversized specifications is a technical difficulty in the industry.

Jinsui Acrylic relies on more than 20 years of experience in the research and manufacturing of acrylic sheets, upgrades the special production line for ultra long and thick plates, optimizes the MMA monomer polymerization formula, establishes a full process segmented constant temperature polymerization and precision annealing system, strictly controls the internal stress of the sheet, and achieves the one-piece casting and molding of 20m × 5m × 350mm specification sheets. The overall molecular structure of the board is complete, without layered interfaces, with uniform and stable mechanical properties, excellent light transmission performance, and significantly improved impact resistance, creep resistance, and water pressure resistance. It effectively avoids the long-term use risks brought by composite boards and is suitable for high water pressure and large-span engineering scenarios.

This specification can be directly applied to large oceanarium viewing windows, endless acrylic swimming pools, underwater walkways, large immersive cultural and tourism installations, special scientific research transparent components, and other scenarios.
