Installation precautions

Acrylic sheet has obvious thermal expansion and contraction, and expansion joints should be reserved during installation to prevent rigid jamming;

Use soft lifting straps for hoisting, and prohibit direct contact of steel wire ropes with the board surface to prevent scratches;

The sealant must be made of acrylic special water-resistant adhesive to prevent ordinary adhesive from corroding the board;

During construction, the board surface should be protected with protective film and should not be torn off before installation is completed.
Key points of daily maintenance

Cleaning should only be done with soft cotton cloth, water or neutral detergent, and steel wire balls and scrapers are strictly prohibited;

Do not use organic solvents (alcohol, acetone, diluents) to directly wipe the surface of the board, as it may cause surface cracking and loss of gloss;

Regularly inspect the sealing area and observe for any water seepage or minor cracks in the board;

Minor scratches can be repaired by polishing, while deep damage requires evaluation and treatment by the manufacturer.
